To transfer a .co.uk, or .org.uk domain name to our servers you need to instruct the organisation where the name is currently parked to move it to our name tag. Once the process is kicked off it can take anything from a few hours to a few days before your name "lands" on our servers. You can keep an eye on the process by using the WHOIS lookup report on our web site. This tells you where the name is and what you are looking for is for the report to show your name on our name tag and our dns servers.

and search for your name and when told it is not available press the button offered to see who it belongs to.
